Want to have fun playing jazz with other musicians at your level? CMC Jazz Combo is a camp for the intermediate or more advanced student who is looking to further their playing experience by studying small group jazz. Jazz combos have been around since the early 1900’s, and each musical style that emerged over the 20th century has connections to this style of playing! With the guidance and expertise of our CMC jazz professional, Nick DiMaria, students will work on improvisation and song arranging while working as a team playing classic jazz standards and songs. There will be a performance on the last day.
